Girls Qualify for State Cup!!!
The Lonestar 94 girls take 1st place at the Sandia Cup in Albuquerque New
Mexico. The girls played teams from Denver Colorado, Colorado Springs ,Colorado
they also played teams from Albuquerque & and Santa Fe before they played the
number two seed from Tucson Arizona in the Championship game in which they won
soundly 6-0. The girls did a great job scoring 32 goals & giving up 0 during the
Tournament. Great job ladies.
Also the 97 girls finish up their season winning both the spring & fall
season in there age group. The 97's also did a great job at the Shawnee Trail
Tournament in Frisco they finished 5th out of 18 teams they also missed
advancing by 1 point. They beat FC Dallas & Mustangs FC before falling to the
Lake Highlands Division 1 Defeeters team 2-0. We will get them next time Good
